Our signature seated sequences will awaken and revitalize your team, without breaking a sweat. Harnessing the ancient wisdom of yoga science, we'll use guided meditation as well as breath-work and seated movement for a session our clients describe as surprisingly impactful.


Mat Class

45-minutes to          75-minutes


Roll out your mats, or borrow one of ours. Perfect for open spaces or dedicated breakrooms, our highly specialized instructors will lead you through sequences scientifically proven to relieve stress, improve focus, and combat the chronic effects of sitting.
