Table Yoga

25-minutes

 

Balance, awaken and revitalize without breaking a sweat. Guided meditation + seated movement fill the time in a signature class our clients describe as surprisingly impactful.

 

Mat Class

45-minutes to          75-minutes

 

Roll out your mats, or borrow one of ours. Starting with the fundamentals, we’ll build a solid yoga program that supports your company’s health + fitness goals.
